Welcome to the USNCCM15 Room Share group. We hope this group will help you find a roommate for USNCCM15 in Austin, TX.
We have established up a few guidelines to participate in Room Share. You may want to print this out to refer to it when posting.
It is preferable that you register but it is not necessary.
To start your post, please select Create Thread.
-In subject line, state your gender
example: Female needs roommate
-State your name and affiliation (university) and title
(graduate student, post-doc) in the first line of the message.
example: John Doe from UT Austin, post doc
-State the dates of your stay at the JW Marriott.
-When replying to a match that works for you, write the person's name
in the subject line when replying or reply to them directly.
-When you have found a roommate, delete your message requesting a
roommate.
